Denice Tokunaga is a real estate partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Seattle and is co-office managing partner. Denice works with real estate developers, as well as public and private companies, to help meet their domestic and international growth goals. She has extensive experience representing e-commerce companies in industrial leasing for fulfillment, distribution, data center, last mile, and other industrial uses. Denice earned her JD from the University of Texas and her BA from Austin College. Denice is actively involved in the Seattle real estate industry and is the incoming co-chair for the 2024 NAIOP Night of the Stars event. She is also a frequent volunteer at Food Lifeline. Denice has a robust “hobby closet,” where she stores equipment for numerous activities—golf, hiking, gardening, biking, pickle ball, mixology—she strives to be able to pivot and hang with any crowd.
